Hi I need some advice on artificial sweetners. I have been using Sweet and Low for many years now. I usually have 2 cups of hot tea and one glass of iced tea a day using one packet each time . YES I know it is not good for me and so I am going to try and wean myself off of it. I still want some kind of sweetner for my tea. Should I have a small amount of real sugar or any other suggestions out there. I do not like honey. Thanks ahead for any tips or insight.

All I use now is Pure Stevia. KAL brand. I am diabetic and it has helped me lower my numbers. Just a little goes a long way. I do not use truvia as I believe it is not pure. Has added stuff in it.
Hope this helps in some small way.0 -
I now use truvia in everything from my coffee to my tea, even in my cereal. I'll never go back to splenda (which was my artificial sweetener)0
