Hi everyone -
I need some advice. During the week, everything goes well. I eat right, pack my lunches, exercise, etc.... But then the dreaded weekend comes and it's all eating out and drinking with friends. No matter what I do, it's just so hard to keep my weight down and my diet on track during the weekend. Do you have any suggestions? Should I just completely stop going out and drinking alcohol? Is there a way to do it in moderation? Your advice and tips are greatly appreciated!

Try upping your exercise during the weekend. You can still drink just know that you are going to work twice as hard for it that morning. I knew that Saturday was my brother's wedding so I got up at 7:30 in the morning and went and ran 3 10 minute miles. The result was that I did not gain at all even though I over-indulged. I also up my water intake on the weekends. 64 oz on a work day. Then 96 oz on a weekend. Hope this helps!0

Plan your meals for the weekend ahead of time too because as they say...
Fail to plan then plan to fail...0
