I'm Alex and ive been lifting off and on for a few years but have only recently decided to take it to next level, meaning, tracking my progress (calories burned, sets and reps, etc...), keeping track of what i eat and taking creatine. Im doing a 3 day split right now and im here for friends who i can talk fitness with, trade workout routines, recipes and etc...
