Where to Live - please help!

I am really wanting to move. I am able to live anywhere in the U.S. This is what I'm looking for and am so hoping that you MFPers can help me. This is what I'm looking for:

no more than 75 miles to a major airport
lots of trees
snow that doesn't stay around long
summer that averages below 90
not prejudiced against other ethnicity
low crime

Where do you love or live that is like that?

Big Canoe in the North Georgia mountains. We have a view of the mountains and the golf course from our deck. You can get anywhere non stop from the Atlanta airport. We have tennis, golf, 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor with a sauna and whirlpool, a great fitness center with lots of equipment and classes, and 22 miles of hiking trails with 3 waterfalls. I feel like I'm on vacation everyday:-)
