Yeah my neighbor has a dog named "Chunky McDermitt". The sad thing is the dog is really skinny and is small so the name doesn't even make sense.

True story...a friend of mine had a dog named Snoop, but when he built a doghouse for him, he mistakenly painted the dog's name as "Snop". Rather than fix the paint job, he just decided to begin calling the dog "Snop". It stuck and old Snop was around for many years!!

My cats name is Zillah, my husband named her. It was a character in a book that he read. Some demon or vampire. Which suits her since she is strangely evil.

My dogs name is Dahlia, I named her. She is a Chug ( Chihuahua & Pug mix). She is named after the pretty flower native to Mexico and Central America.

I used to have a cat named Butthead.
My neighbor had a dog named D.O.G. (say the letters Dee-Ohhh-Gee).
We had a wolf named Hawk.

We just can't have normal pet names.

My dog's name is Mr.Miyagi - people find that strange, and it's a mounthful when I need to get mad at him.

I heard of a cat called Stirfry once - I think that's hilarious.

Oh! And we had fish called Squaw and Sausage once....pretty sure Squaw ate Sausage, no joke. One day, he just disappeared.

I'm not nearly as awesome as you all. I have a dog named Dutchess Daisy Puppy Pupperton Wood and four cats named with boring names, Zelda, Marin, PEanut, and Zabu.
However, my best friend has a cat named Stepped On. He gets under foot alot.

So far Cracks and Stirfry get my vote.

I once had a cat named Colossus Burger. After so many pets, you start running out of 'normal' names.

As a kid, I was not very original naming my pets. I had a cat named Kitty, a dog named Poochie and a guinea pig named Piggie. My current dog's name is Maxine, but we often call her Boobie.

    My German Rottweiler is Vengeance.

Sounds big n nasty, but he's just a sweetheart.

I like to let him run around at the dog park and when someone says "Whose dog is this?"

    I yell Vengeance is MINE!

My two dogs full names are kinda long. "Crybaby Houdini Oh What a Feeling" (called Houdini) she got out as a pup and broke her leg running into a Toyota, and is a big giant baby about everything. And "Monkey Seven We Can Do That?" (called Seven) she was our seventh pet, she apes everything Houdini does, and when they were pups everything that was new to Seven, she had this look on her face like, We can do that? Houdini's a chocolate lab and Seven's a Dalmation.
