Adjustments - Who's making them

I'm revising my weight loss goal today from 125 lbs to 118 lbs. I think that will put me in a size 3 or 4 ish. I'm 5'1" and it was my weight in high school. Think it sounds reasonable?

For reference when I was running 10 miles a week I weighed about 122 lbs. Per week currently am running 15 miles, walking 12 miles, and doing 8 miles on the elliptical.

I think I need to bump my cals. I started this journey at 1000 cals losing .5 lbs a week, then went up to 1100 cals losing 1 lb a week, now I'm running so much I think I'll try 1200 for a time because I am suddenly (and I do mean suddenly, for the last three weeks I've shred 2 lbs a week or so) dropping weight a little quicker than I think is healthy. I think it's because my diabetes is so much under control now.

Anyone else out there? How did you decide how to modify?
