Why is it recommend to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, but then nobody likes water weight and when you drink more water, you lose water weight?
Its confusing me! Am I missing something?

It is confusing, but yes -- you drink water to lose water. And the recommendation is actually a gallon of water a day.
Drinking water flushes toxins and boosts metabolism, keeps you hydrated... There's no end to the benefits.
If you don't want to count glasses, just drink 'til your pee is clear vs yellow... but if you take vitamins it's probably gonna be yellow anyway.0 -
The higher your water intake the lower your body fat will be! That's why I prefer weighing myself at the gym at the end of the day hehe.0
