New to MFP

Just joined MFP this morning, what a great site. I started my weight loss journey on June 13, 2012. My short-term goal is to lose 20 pound, my long-term goal is to lose 80 pounds. I am currently I am just eating healthy and exercising one hour a day. So far I have lost 8 pounds. So I am excited about that. Feel free to add me, I need all the motivation I can get, and keep me going on this journey to better health and a better me. XoXo
