The new guy

Have been counting calories for a week and so far so good. The impact of exercising vs food consumption is intense! I'll be doing my best to keep active so I can eat more!:) This is a marathon not a sprint. 53 ear young guy who beacuse of recent surgery cannot do many of the things I used to and have put on about 35 lbs. Focusing on reducing for the long haul after several successes losing weight to only to put it ack on again.
