Hi. I'm new round here and I'm looking for some support. I'm 4'9" and weight 132 pounds. I've been on MFP for about 4 months and just recently started to use it daily. My goal is to weigh 100-110 pounds but I'm having trouble staying motivated.

Hey there, my daughter signed me up for this and I am new as well. I just look at it like this: one day at a time. It's like running in a 5K run, one foot in front of the other until you are across that finish line. To stay motivated: I am using photos when I was in better shape in a favorite outfit. I think of something I want, like jewelry or clothes, then when I hit a goal, I treat myself. It does not have to be expensive, just a way to pat yourself on the back. Also, I want to support my daughter as she works towards a healthier version for a better life. So, everyone who reads this, STAY STRONG!!!!!!!!!0
