My quads are probably the strongest.. Nothing is really defined because I haven't dipped into a low enough body fat range yet. :P0

This is split for me.
Strongest? My abdominals - I can have a 200 lb person stand on my stomach and I can lift and lower them easily.
Most defined? My legs.0 -

Quads and calves, shoulders and arms not bad either, pretty amazing to me that you can see definition cuz there is still a lot of fat. I can't wait for the time when the body fat is lower and everyone can see the work I have been doing.:huh:0
