It all goes straight to my ...?

HIPS!!! Every ounce of fat I eat goes straight to my hips, which makes for some very unattractive love handles. Any tips on how to work on toning up the hips?!

    oh ... i forgot to mention that I HATE running!! I can manage any other cardio, but running is the devil.

    walking, running, using an elliptical, scissor lifts, etc.....good luck it takes time but it will happen

    Unfortunately we can't spot reduce. You can work those muscles but it might make them bigger.
