*tries to be original*... *fails*... so... hi

Hi, my name is Danielle and I am 23 years old from the UK. At my highest weight I was over 180lbs and I am currently 137lbs. I have a huge problem with yo-yoing with my weight. My thinnest was 123lbs and managed to gain some back. I guess I'm here to learn how to maintain and really develop a healthy lifestyle I don't even think about. I think it's more my fitness lifestyle I really need to develop, I always think my life is too bust to incorporate any exercise into my daily routine with study etc. However I know that's just an excuse I'm making to myself and I really need to make that change now.


Most of all I would really like to meet new people and hopefully we can support and cheer each other along =)
