Cold threw me off track, but I still recorded everything.

Hi MF pals,

I had a 1 1/2 weeks were I was not on track, but I recorded everything and I am glad I did. This way I don't feel like I am totally off the routine.

I am back to eating my allotment for the day and I am looking forward to that feeling I get when I am eating right and losing.

I knew that there would be times when this would happen, but I didn't realize how long it would take to get back to it.

Lesson learned. I am hoping next time it won't take me so long to get back on track.

Happy Lunar Eclipse tonight! Remember to make a wish!

Good for you for still keeping track! I'm actually in the same boat. I had the flu for 3 days, and I'm STILL recooperating. Exercising...is the last thing on my mind. If you're still feeling the brunt of the cold....hope you feel better! :)

I thought I was coming down with the flu last week. I ate a tiny amount of dinner, then forced some breakfast into myself, then a snack three hours later. By lunch time, it was as though nothing had happened and I felt good enough to exercise. It could have gone the other way, but I am convinced that sticking with it brought me through it in only 2 hours. Good thing too because I have got to be the most horrible patient in the world.
