Hey!
I'm excited to get started, but I've heard having friends to do it with makes it easier! Plus, I would love to hear tips from experienced individuals...
Let me know if you have any!

Well, one thing I noticed is that just cutting calories isn't enough. It's eating the right calories at the right times.
A HUGE pitfall is cutting a diet in half and exercising an insane amount. Hang in it for the long run, it's a marathon, not a sprint, and you'll look and feel much better for it.
Tips:
Large breakfasts to kick start your metabolism in the morning, I have some protein and good fatty acids (fish oils) and some simple sugars (banana, usually).
Eat throughout the day, and drink a lot of water.
Have a medium sized lunch, no soda or sugary drinks.
More snacks and water in the afternoon.
Small dinner
Healthy snack right before bed
This is just general, and loosely describes how I eat, but it keeps the metabolism at it's peak all day. Do some research on nutrition and timing too, if you understand how blood glucose levels and insulin works it will pay off immensely.0 -
Sounds great! Thanks for the help!!0
