NROLFW results with pics!

I started NROLFW in Feb and just finished my last workout with it. I started my weight loss journey in August of 2011 and lost about 20 lbs. from August to Feb. The first two pics below were taking in early feb and the last two pics were taken a few days ago. From Feb to the end of June I only lost about 3 lbs. (I flucutate a lot) So between the pics there is only a 3 lb difference.

Throughout the program I got a LOT stronger and very confident in the free weights area. I went from squatting 95 lbs. to 185 lbs and went from dead lifting 75 lbs to 165 lbs. I added weight week after week and I can see definition in my legs, arms, and back where I couldn't before. I didn't take very good measurements as I did the program but I did lose quite a few inches. I orinially started as a size 12-14 and when I started NROLFW I was a 6-8, now I am a size 2-4!

I still have a little ways to go, I'd like to lower my body fat % a little more, but overall I couldn't be happier!
