    I tried this today... had ONE package of butterscotch ffsf pudding mix I've been hoarding in the pantry :laugh: It was soooo good!!! Thanks again for the recipe!!! Can't wait to try other flavors now :drinker:

    For right at 200 calories, you can make an Ultra Slim Fast shake. I like the vanilla powder --- good stuff.

    I think that's going to be the same great taste and a lot more filling (lots more fiber)
