Hi I'm 34, mom of 2 (26 months and 13 days old), 5'2" and have 42 lbs to lose. Breastfeeding so is there a setting in exercise for that?
Also I've had a caesarean and cannot exercise til mid-September at the earliest!!
All ideas welcome! Feel free to add me.
Xx

Welcome! I have a 3 year old and a seven month old (ok almost 8 but its going too fast). I am nursing too. It seems people add breastfeeding as an exercise and add 500 calories so they know how much they need to consume to keep supply up. I would search breastfeeding in the forums. There are lots of topics and you can get advice from others with such little ones. Feel free to add me as a friend for support!0

Welcome and congrats! I've got an almost 27 month old and an almost 9 month old. There are a ton of entries in the food database for breastfeeding, you can pick whichever one best suits your situation at any time - I'm still using one of the 500 calorie options because of how frequently my girl is nursing.0
