Hi All,
i had a skin tag removed yesterday (inner thigh) and the doc put a stitch in as it wouldn't stop bleeding. It's now the following day and i feel no pain where the stitch is. Today I normally only do Cardio but I will have to do my shoulders workout to make up for not going to the gym yesterday and doing them.
My question is should i still do my cardio? normally i do 30 - 45 minutes on the treadmill at 5.5kmh. Should i drop the speed for this one time?
Thanks for the help
Cheers
John

I was recovering from a procedure and found some way to keep moving.
I just went for a walk - slow! Be careful.
Lower the intensity and do not put yourself at any risk.
Good Luck!0
