Goal: 15lbs by November

Hi all,

I was introduced to this site by my good friend who has lost over 75lbs in just a few months. He is such an inspiration!

Two years ago I weighed myself at my absolute highest 175 and I could not wrap my head around it. I didn't know how I had let myself get there. I started working out and doing weight watchers and slowly dropped 20 lbs. I've been at 155 +/- for the last year or so with no significant effort.

I'm ready to finish what I started. My goal is to be at 140 by November. My 5 year wedding anniversary is November 1st and I want to look amazing that night.

I'm doing it for me!

Let me know if you have any tips on healthy eating. I just started insanity on Saturday!
