So I've decided to give this a shot (probably starting next week) but I'm trying to keep my protein intake high, and currently yogurt and milk make up a large percentage of my daily protein. How can I cut out dairy and continue to eat a high-protein diet?
I already know eggs, beans, and grains are a good place to start - but is there a good way to make these more portable? How can I add them to my lunch, which I have to pack for work? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or tips!
