Newbie :)

I've been trying to find the will power to lose the excess 1.5 stone I've put on since Christmas. Joining this site is going to be a bit like my safe haven (hopefully), where I can see my progress which will then motivate me to carry on :)

My situation is a bit difficult as I also suffer from CFS/ME. So I'm unable to do a lot, but I've found little certain exercises I can do at home when I feel I'm upto it.

My main problem is that my body seems to crave sugar and carbs, especially when I'm feeling tired, which some days I'm unable to get out of bed because of my tiredness, those days I call my "fat days"! lol

So any advice you can give for light exercise and a solution to my carbs and sugar fix would be great :) xx

    I just joined as well, I don't have a sweet tooth BUT i am a carb-junkie!
