Fat or fit?

I've found a new way to motivate myself.

When I look at food, I label it "Fat food or fit food?" when It comes to taking the stairs or the lift.... lifts are for fatties, stairs are for fitties.

It sounds stupid but it works. It let's me make an informed choice and become more aware of my choices.

What little things work for you?
