Hi all!

Hello everyone. I am from Illinois, and began working out a few months ago after my mom passed away at an early age. I realized that I need to get my body in track, and get healthy. So, my husband and I joined a gym, and we have been monitoring our weight, heart rate, and endurance. Cardio for me is number one, since during exercise, my heart rate goes a bit too high for my doctor's comfort. Number two is to get into shape. I want my abdomen to look great no matter what position I am in. Number three is to strengthen my back. I am a nurse, and throw out my back too often.
