Hey everyone.....I was hoping you folks could take a look at my food diary and give me your thoughts/suggestions......Thanks bunches!!! :):)

    Not bad....mostly good days. You're coming close to your protein goals and getting fruits and veggies in. Not too much junk. Your diet looks like something fairly healthy that's sustainable long term. Good job.

    i only looked at a couple days but the protein looked somewhat low and fat looked high. i think your on the right track with 1800 calories (this is an assumtion and i dont know your stats or workout routine)... i would aim for 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% fat.... but get them from as many CLEAN foods as possible :) feel free to look @ my diary if you need any ideas

    This is a good start. As much as I would have liked the help in the beginning I quickly realized that everyone on MFP has different goals and "plans" and they workout at different intensity levels and you need to research and filter all the advice you get and what info you see posted. Good luck.
