Substitute for Sonic Snickers Blast

I am totally addicted to the Snickers Blast at Sonic, but after looking at the calorie content (YIKES!), I decided to make my own version.......

1 cup Breyers Carb Smart vanilla ice cream
1 Snickers FunSize candy bar (17g)

Let the ice cream soften up for a couple of minutes, chop up the Snickers, mix them together and enjoy!

This is just enough to satisfy me and keep me from driving to Sonic! My version has only 170 calories, while their mini size (10 oz) has 520.

    If you like Atkins bars, they have one that is called Caramel Nut Chew Bar that taste just a snickers. The whole bar is 130 cals, but is probably the size of two mini bars, maybe. I also eat the carbsmart ice cream and chop the atkins bars in it sometimes.

    Good idea on the Atkins bar, I have some in the pantry..... will try that next time! :wink:
