    You look amazing! I am glad to see someone else that is exercising with their spouse. My Ray and I have been doing MFP for about 50 days now. I have to lose 100 total. I have lost 17 and he 12.

    Completely amazing! You're quite an inspiration. I'm 44, only 5'9" (yep, I'm a shorty), and started out at 296 pounds. While I've had some success, I don't have the confidence to post before and after pics yet. I'm currently at 210.6 and my goal is to get down to 170. And if reaching my weight goal can make me look younger, too, that would be an awesome bonus! Great work, and thanks for posting that.
