    wow, you're an inspiration. at the moment me and my partner want to lose weight, i have problem doing it just by dieting and a little exercise as i used to be thin and really fit so i need to push myself harder. My partner is struggling to with the fitness side of things and has not got the motivation to even go running with me. I cant wait to show him your story.
