Has anyone just logged stuff onto mfp and lost weight?

when did you start?
how much did you lose?
how long did it take?

I'm wondering if anyone just logged in normal food they ate maintaining a low net calorie everyday and lost weight, without exercising?

    Not on MFP but I did this on another calorie counting website about 5 years ago.'

    Lost 35 lbs. Also lost my period :/

    I would not recommend letting it get out of control like I did. Even if you don't take it to the extreme, it's healthier if you work out as you're losing weight.
