Hi, I'm new and I was wondering what you guys think I should put in as my activity level. i am a student on vacation still and spend my days at home, reading for the new year and doing not much really. However, I run an average of 4 miles 4 times a week and am training up for a half marathon next year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks! xx

i would say that your daily activity level is sedentary and then include all the running as exercise.0

I agree. It's fine to start out at sedentary and add in all of your daily exercise.0
