Its good you don't like that stuff since its not low carb. Yogurt can be, if you get plain (I like greek) and unsweetened and add your own fruit.
I like hard boiled eggs and bacon, canadian bacon with poached eggs and spinach, scrambles. This morning I had a scramble with 3 eggs, 1/4cup each of frozen drained spinach and frozen green beans, chopped onion and tomatoes, with a little parmesan and red pepper flakes mixed in. That along with my yogurt (plain greek, fresh mashed raspberries and raw honey) had me stuffed until early afternoon. The scramble alone was only 6 carbs (not subtracting for fiber either if you do net carbs)0 -
I like to scramble up an egg with 3/4 cup liquid egg whites... you can add chopped ham, mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach... a little cheese... awesome omelet. So good.0

I used to have a can of V8 and a hard boiled egg ready to grab as I ran out the door.0

I have made this twice. Six generous servings for six easy breakfasts! Since my favorite casserole dish tried to fly, I've been using a pie pan and I find it works very well!
You can add jalapenos, broccoli, etc. to make it to your liking. Macros on the website, but I always recalculate with the ingredients I have on hand. Keeps you full for a while, too!0 -
I am also on a low carb low calorie diet, I love to make eggs any way and add protein, (sausage, turkey bacon, ham) I also like to have scrambled eggs in a low carb tortilla and add some salsa! Good luck, add me if you would like maybe we can swap recipes!

I usually make 3 eggs and 2 turkey sausage patties. Sometimes I chop up some cooked ham and cook it with my scrambled eggs and add cheese for a messy omelet. Even doing the low carb thing, I have tried to also eliminate excess fat. To this end, I have switched to turkey sausage, turkey hot dogs, turkey burger.....still have to try turkey bacon. Cuts out a lot of fat and calories (my regular sausage pattie was 200 calories per piece while turkey is 100) which allows more food for the same calorie count or just less calories if I eat the same amount as the fattier option.0
