I don't have a lot of suggestions, but I can tell you to stop! (Of course, this is the pot calling the kettle!:blushing: ) Stop and think before you eat. It helps. Doesn't always stop me, but it helps.0 -
Id have to agree with Lisa. Not sure why i had an epiphany recently but. Now when i eat things i ask if what im going to eat is really worth the gym time- gym = getting up at 530 when its cold and yucky.... some reason thats helping me.
I even made cookies this weekend for the house. I ate exactly 2 because i had the calories to do so. Instead of buying the package and leaving them on the counter....0 -

Morning ladies!!
I am SUPER excited because I got back down to 130.6 WITH carbs. I am really burning through it now! I have also lost 3.75 inches in the past 5 weeks, which is really good since I'm already fairly lean. Today I could see faint definition in the sides of my abs, woohoo! I will change my goal to 129 by New Years to keep it healthy and realistic.0 -

Woohooo!!!! Did it! FINALLY! Broke that 184 hold that I had goin' on. Don't think I'll make the 175 goal, but I've made my original goal of 185. So no sad faces here. Wish I knew exactly what I did that made it happen. I do have to say that I finally convinced my husband to eat some beef this past week. Doubt that did it, but after over a month of chicken and fish I really was craving it. (VERY unusual for me to CRAVE meat!) So perhaps I will adjust my goal to 180. Two weeks to get there. Surely I can do that!0 -
Whoops forgot to post here 172 this week so thats down 3lbs - Better for me than the past few weeks. I didnt drink Soda all week, though i did slip up today.

I'm going to weigh in this coming Thursday (I hope). It's hard to get to the Wii Fit to weigh myself because I have no access to the TV remote if anyone else is in the house. :grumble:0
