Body Doctor anyone?

Hello

I have been looking for a good training workout and have stumbled across the Body Doctor (http://www.bodydoctor.com).

I just wondered if anyone has tried this? It is supposed to be amazing but I don't know how much of that is clever marketing/celebrity endorsement. Some feedback from someone who has tried it or knows anything about it would be great :)

Many thanks

Bumping this - I bought this book years ago and did it for a bit and definitely started shaping up but then ended up packing in prob because it took around 90mins to complete both the workout and cardio.

I am interested on people's thoughts on this as it does not fit in to the lift heavy and little way of thinking that seems to dominate now. Its very much lifting lighter weights, a weight that you can lift around twenty times and after the full body routine doing 20-45 mins steady state cardio as I remember.

Now, while this does not fit in with current popular thinking, I do remember that it definitely started to shape me up after a few weeks. This post has made me feel like giving it another try, I have just been put off re starting in recent years because of the whole 'you must lift heavy' thing.

I would love to know opinions/experiences? Maybe I'll start it up again and see what happens. Although long, it was simple as you just did the same routine every time.
  • I did it about 5 years ago with a friend - we lasted about 4 weeks - exercise &!diet. I lost about a dress size (no idea about weight as hadnt got reliable scales then).

Exercise - I split the weights/ cardio and did alternative days. Was thinking about redoing it as was actually quite easy to follow
