So do you have to do this everyday for it to make a difference or can it be done say three times a week?

    I think to lose the 20lbs in 30 days you need to do it everyday but I only do it 2 or 3 times a week - it's still exercise!! :)

    I don't do it everyday. I do it about 4/5 times a week but I do also do cardio at the gym or jog on other days. Have still noticed changes in my body from it.

    Thanks for your replies. I run two or three times a week so was wanting to do this in between.

    I had great results doing it 30 times in 33 days, I was also doing bootcamp twice a week and running once a week as well. I didn't lose anything like 20lbs in 30 days though! I lost 2.6kg (or 5.7lbs) but lost over 10cm in my waist measurement alone - so I wasn't too disappointed!!
