Im 31 years old and I have 3 kids. Im finally getting married on 9 months and my goal is to lose. 20 pounds

My starting goal was to lose 20 in two months. I'm down 8 thus far. Really as long as you keep track of what you are eating, avoid junk and try to stay some what active you should be good. I really like the special k protein shakes, i've never been a fan of shakes like that in general but these are pretty good and I don't feel as hungry throughout the day.0

I have lost 20 plus more since then. But now I'm trying to tone my body. I have less than two months away for my wedding day.0
