Has anyone been using her DVD's? How do you like it? Are you seeing results? Willing to share before and after pictures?

This looks like a fun workout, something I could get into!! Does anyone know where I can get her DVD's for a good price?

I've been mixing in the Tracy Anderson Mat dvd with Jillian Anderson's 30 day shred and cardio kickboxing dvds. I'll do the 30 day shred 5-6 days a week, and double up on some of those days with Jillian's Cardio kickboxing or Tracy Anderson mat. I probably end up doing the Tracy Anderson dvd only 2-3 times a week, but I really think it trains my muscles in a completely different way. It's more about lengthening and training your body like a dancer's. It's still hard! It definitely hits muscles from different angles than you're used to.

As for results, I've been doing this for almost a month and am wearing a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to zip before. And they're getting LOOSE. All my clothes are looser and fit better. I am afraid to weigh myself, so I'm not going to do a weigh in until October.

So I would recommend the Tracy Anderson mat dvd for sure. I also recommend Jillian Michaels cardio kickboxing and 30 Day Shred. I know Tracy Anderson also has a cardio dvd, but it's all dancing and I am more of a fighter than a dancer. It might work for you, though!

Good luck! Let me know what you think if you try it

I am trying the Tracy Anderson Mat DVD tomorrow after my morning walk. I would also like to pair it with the occasional Shred workout. I imagine the results are phenomenal with this combo!

I have the Tracy Anderson Mat Workout and I really enjoy it, it's like hard work without the sweat and I deffinately feel it when I've done it!

I've lent the DVD to my mum now as she wants to tone her "bingo wings" for my wedding next year and I think the arm section is FAB for toning! You really feel the burn holding your arms out for THAT long haha.

I think it's a great toning dvd and would deffinately recommend it! :)
