Since I've started paying more attention to what I eat and how much I exercise I feel so much better. Not felt this great in years, my energy levels are up. Personally I found that dieting alone didn't help, I seemed to get really tired but my body must have got used to the lower kcals. I think feeling good is the most important thing as surely that also makes you look good.
