Running Jacket

Can anyone recommend a women's running jacket? I can't spend more than £50. I'm looking for something that gives some rain protection but is breathable and light.

    Check out Old Navy. They now how workout gear and I bought a lightweight jacket there. I am not 100% sure it is rain proof but may be water resistent... It also has built in headphones! I think it was around $30 or so.

    I should have said I'm in the UK. We don't get Old Navy here (I don't think).
