I saw this and thought it was cute, and very appropriate for mfp!

Randomly throughout your week, write this in your status/send a message/reply to a posting:
"You've just been JACKED! If you're reading this, give me _____ jumping jacks NOW!"
And enter in a number (but be fair!)

Anytime you read this, you must stand up and do that many jumping jacks! A fun little game to burn a few extra calories throughout the day :)
