The very first thing always suggested to add more to my diet is fish and seafood... I cannot due to an allergy. Any suggestions? I need help and motivation!

For low calorie, low fat meat options, chicken breasts are a great option. Not the frozen prepackaged kind, because those are loaded with sodium solution. Get fresh chicken breasts from the grocery store, or ground chicken. Add your own sodium free/low sodium herbs and spices. Broil, pan fry, bake, grill, boil, however you want to give yourself variety!
For the beneficial Omega-3 fatty acid that is one of the big draws of fish, you can get that from eating walnuts, flax seeds, soybeans, tofu and vitamin supplements.0
