Colon Cleanse?

I was wondering if anyone has done a colon cleanse? I'm interested in doing one before i fully commit to a a diet change. Successful, unsuccessful, and what product you used. Thanks!

    I really discourage you from doing it. Colon cleanses are completely unnecessary, and also very bad for your colon. They have in fact been linked to colon cancer as they dry out your colon. That is just my two cents:)

    I do colon cleanses all the time---seansonally they say to do it, you will feel like a million bucks!!!!!!!!
