HI everyone,
Ive been on MFP since March & have so far lost (& amazingly kept off 7lbs)
I've got an 19mnth old beautiful daughter & need to shrink my not so yummy tummy/muffin top
Ive kinda hit a rut now so really need friends to compare diaries with & to kickstart more excercise.
I really want people to keep me motivated ( & I'll of course return the favour) but not looking for "well dones" etc when Ive sat & munched through a takeaway or walked for a measly 10mins lol!!!
Sorry but find I just end up giving into that choccy bar or give that workout DVD a miss if that happens :-/
So feel free to criticise any bad food choices I make etc
Please add me & also let me know how I can help keep u motivated x

Hey! way to go on your 7 lbs!! I'm a mama, too - have a three year old and a 15 month old. Gained SO much with my second and have had a helluva time losing it! I really think the MOST important thing is to exercise as much as you possibly can...take 45 minutes when your little one is napping and MOVE your body! that way, you still get to eat...otherwise, I'm a total grump because I'm hungry all day!0

Thanks and yeah I'm a grump too if I'm hungry hehehe!
Yikes I'm sure you burn a fair few cals with a 3yrold & a 15mnth old keeping you on ur toes all day!
Def have to do any excercise when little ones asleep as otherwise I'll have her hanging onto my leg or siting on me if I attempt any floor exercises0
