Help!

I just recently moved to the Philippines (from America).Before I left I was working out at the gym 4 to 5 times a week, keeping track of everything I ate etc...I was seeing amazing changes in my body! I have been here two months and have lost so much of my muscle that I worked so hard for! I did actually find a gym here and I have been working out a little. The hardest thing is my food ... my diet consists mostly of white rice and chicken....Does anyone have any ideas for me? Or could anyone recommend a good protein powder that I could have my family send me? My body is dying for carbs and protein and I almost feel like I am working out so much and I'm not able to feeding my body what it needs and maybe I'm doing more harm than good?
