Anybody else use the "Eat this, not that" books?

Hi, I have been using the line of "Eat this, not that" books since the beginning of my weight loss journey. These are books which basicly takes different food brands, brakes down the ingredients and nutritional info and tells you the better brand choices out there verses other brands. I buy everyone that comes out. I have the very first addition which has both supermarket info and restaurant info in it, then the updated version of that one, the restaurant only one and then the latest updated supermarket one. I take the supermarket one with me to the grocery store every time. The restaurant one helps when ( on the rare occasions I do eat out) I have it to plan ahead my meal I will have from the restaurant we plan on dining at. I was just wondering if anyone else on here uses these. I love 'em and I think they are chalk full of info good for anyone on a weight loss journey.:happy:
