Motivation

I struggle with finding the motivation to diet and work out and be able to fit it into my schedule! I've lost count of how many times I start and stop at it. What do you guys do to help push yourself along?

    My motivation is that I don't want to be fat.

    I'm experiencing the same struggle right now, and God knows I don't want to be fat. We have got to find a way.

    My motivation is how good I feel mentally when I am done working out. For me it is a HUGE attitude adjustment. I can be all snarky and then go workout and the hubby says that I am like a new woman.
