After your run or workout how do you cool down? I mean after the cool down portion of the workout? How do you get all the sweat off you? Do you jump in the shower right away?
I need to towel off for a good 20mins before i stop sweating, if i jump in the shower right away i'll get out and still be sweating.

Take your shower, and before you get out turn the hot water down so the water gets pretty cool. Not so cold as to take your breath away, but cooler than your body temp. Make sure to really hit your underarms and any other sweaty areas with the cool water, and do that for a minute or so. Always helps me.0

My body does the same thing, so I do have to wait before hitting the shower, I also turn the water to cool at the end, it is so amazing how relaxing that cool water is to the body. But I also must admit that I drink ice cold water too especially now that it's been hot and I've been going in the gym where it is stuffy and more heat around.
It really does work, amazing how natural remedy such as water is for the body whether hot or cold.0
