Muscle Building

So, for anyone who has Yoga for Warriors and Pure Burn Pure Strength, you know that there is a short and long workout on each disc. I'm thinking about using both DVD's everyday, and doing one of the long workouts, then the short of the other, and then switching each day. Also adding in about a 30-45 minute incline walk everyday. What do ya'll think? I don't have ALOT more weight to lose, but I do want to work on building more muscle, and I think the walks will help get rid of the last bit of fat for my hard work to really show. Thoughts anyone? Thanks!

    Holy moly! My mind went googly when trying to follow your this day, that day routine! LOL

    A good start to this process is follow this method.

    Day 1: strength training, minimal cardio
    Day 2: cardio
    Day 3: strength training, min cardio
    Day 4: cardio
    Day 5: strength training, min cardio
    Day 6: cardio
    Day 7: off

    You can also do an off day on Day 4

    If those DVDs match this method, there is no reason why you cant get through this plateau and get to your goal of weight loss and toning.
