Home Workout 6/26/12

Warm up - Rev arm circles, Toe touch high low, Huggers, Box step, Toe tough high low, Toe Jog

10/50 Max effort
AMRAP

1. Burpies

2. Push up Alter Shoulder Touch

3. Quick Toes Taps

4. Sledge Hammer db

5. Mt. Climbers

6. Fwd/bwd lunge with db bicep alter sides

7. Plank Jacks

8. Squats hold db over head or over head pull

9. Tricep dips

10. Front punches

Cardio
Round 1 -Jumping Jacks, High Knees, Rope, Butt Kicks
5 min cool down stretch
