NSV on apprearance

We are currently getting new members into our shop and some of them are looking to get into shape. Those who know where I have come from in my fitness tell them to talk with me. Also have a friend that is a personal trainer so to help him out I leave his card and brochure on my desk.

NSV: One of the new folks comes up and asks me about the cards. I told him I have never used a personal trainer but he is very good and priced right from everything I have heard about his business. The gentleman said that of course I did not use personal trainers because I looked great. awww!!

NSV 2: Lady in the shop thought I was a fitness buff!! Really me!!! Then I noticed I am toned in my arms and I look fit overall. (still have patches that I need to work on because of loosing 43 pds)

I really see myself as 182 pds still and when something like this happens it suprises me and takes me back a little. Love it!!
