Get back on track with eating and exercise.
I have a hit a wall, a hard wall and all I want to do is sit with my back at the wall and pout. I know I should climb the wall, but I can not find the push to climb the wall.
It is making me really depressed

Maybe you're staring at the whole wall and need to just take down one brick at a time. I've been there before....and back again too. I know what it feels like to hit the wall and quit - that's why I've lost a ton of weight, gotten fit, and gained all my weight back & then some and you don't want that! Instead of going full throttle to get back on track (which can sometimes be overwhelming) - take one step today to do something really healthy for yourself and build (or break down that wall) from there. Don't quit on yourself though - you're worth the effort!0
